The Ross Divett Foundation was established in June 2002 as an initiative by Centrelink staff to support Australian communities and charities.

The objective of The Ross Divett Foundation is to commit to making a difference within the Australian community by assisting a broad range of organisations by prudent distribution of funds for charitable and community purposes. Funds are raised primarily through fortnightly direct salary deductions and various fundraising events from Centrelink staff.

The Foundation has grown from making two grants totaling $8,000 in 2002, to being able to approve 39 grants in excess of $133,000 in 2010. We look forward to reaching a greater audience and providing additional grants to those in need in the coming years.
